OziPhotoTool is distributed either with or without java. If you do not have Sun's Java Runtime Environment installed on your system then you should download the version with the included Java Runtime Environment. The most up to date version of java from http://www.java.com is recommended if you are using the installer without the java runtime environment. OziPhotoTool needs Java 1.6 or later.

Update from version 2.0 or later

You should be able update from an OziPhotoTool installation version 2.0 or later by just installing straight over the top of the previous one using the install without a JVM. However from version 2.7 OziPhotoTool is distributed in a new installer and has a number of other changes. It is recommended that all users uninstall their older versions of OziPhotoTool and if required manually delete the OziPhotoTool install directory prior to installing the new version.

Patches

From time to time patches to fix small bugs or add new features will be posted to the OziPhotoTool Discussion Forums.The main downloads will be updated to include the patch, however the documentation will only be updated with full x.x releases.
